In this Yoga Sculpt style class, you will flow through a series of yoga poses while adding strength-training moves using free weights. This is the best of both worlds for relieving stress AND building lean muscle mass. We will focus on connecting the mind and body to activate specific muscles. Modifications are available to fit your comfort level, but this class will motivate you to challenge yourself!

Every second of this interval workout will lead to serious body sculpting. Make it easy or hard! A variety of equipment is utilized to give you a full body experience.

SPINNING is a fun, athletic workout that closely mimics a true biking experience, all from the comforts of an indoor studio! Speed, terrain and intensity vary in each class, improving cardiovascular endurance and boosting lower-body strength.

Strength and Sweat consists of a series of strength, cardio, and core exercises performed consecutively during each training session. Class format is easy to follow and will change from week to week to keep the body guessing. Exercise modifications will be provided to challenge all fitness levels.

Zumba improves coordination, balance, and endurance, tones your entire body, elevates your mood, and lowers stress levels. An amazing workout that feels like a dance party!! Easy to follow, Latin inspired dance moves and great music! Our class is lower impact but you may ramp up the moves to make the workout your own.
