Stoughton Ice Skaters and Pond Puck Enthusiasts: The Norse Park Ice Rink is up and running and available for you to enjoy!

Thank you to all of the public works, streets and parks maintenance staff who have worked diligently to not only make our streets safe, but also to enhance our parks for winter play! A special thank you to Parks Maintenance Supervisor, Pat Groom for working tirelessly to make sure that the rink is skate-able in the midst of the crazy weather we've had. Thanks, Pat!

Warming shelter hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday-Sunday 12:00pm-8:00pm

With all of the snow, cold and snow drifts we've been having please be mindful that there may be some bumps in the ice and it may not be completely smooth yet. Know that we are working to fix this, but it may still take some time until we are able to get the right equipment out there. With that being said, skate away! Just proceed with caution and make sure to bundle up :) Skate on, Stoughton-ites!

Yahara River Whitewater Park Project

We are exploring the possibility of building a whitewater park in Stoughton. This would include a riverwalk and trail extensions, rental facility in Mandt Park, and an in-stream whitewater park. - More Information
